Justin and the staff truly know about customer service. They go above and beyond our expectations. We will continue to service our vehicle at the Norterra location.

Great experience I got a set of tires and and inspection and they told me what I needed to take care of, and displayed it in a way where I can fix them in order of importance. They also proved what they were seeing by showing me under the car and provided me with pictures after they were done.

Went in for a check engine light @ 0830 they ran the diagnostic test and fixed my issue by noon the same day. These guys always take good care!

Justin was very nice. Explained everything to me communicated how long it would take and what exactly they were doing to fix my car thank you, Justin and everyone else.

I was in a pinch and defeated by Volkswagen on a Saturday ! I couldn’t even change my rotors and brake pads (simple task ) because you have to put the parking brake in service mode . What a crock of ….. ! Anyhow , I called , Justin answered , I told him the story and he said to bring it down and they would have it done that day . So I brought it down added an oil change and as he said it was done in a couple hours ! I’m trying not to give a cliche review but the atmosphere in that shop was fun , upbeat and inviting , nothing comparable walking into the VA hospital on 7st and Indian School rd ! The staff there is on point and appreciated. Thank you guys and or gals . Side note , Justin has amazing hair but if he puts that long hair in a man bun on his off hours I will think of him differently and recommend he get a hair cut ! Justin all in good fun , I really appreciate you and I will be bringing my F350 in for work and continue using you guys in the future ! Thanks again !
