Wow—never thought I’d be leaving a 5-star review for Kerry’s! This experience was a huge improvement compared to my previous visits. Jesus was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. A while back, I had some poor work done on my ‘62 Galaxie and was given a 5-pack of oil change coupons as an apology. Honestly, the only reason I even came back was to use one of those free oil changes. I nearly tossed them and went somewhere else, but figured I might as well get something out of the situation. Turns out, the coupons only covered synthetic blend oil—none of my vehicles use that; they all require full synthetic. Not sure why they gave them to me in the first place if they couldn’t actually be used, but maybe that was the point. When I brought this up, Jesus explained that while they could use synthetic blend, it wasn’t ideal. Then, without hesitation, he said he’d upgrade it to full synthetic at no extra charge. That really impressed me. He also let me know that Jose—the manager responsible for the past issues—was no longer with the company. That was good to hear. While I was waiting, Jesus came in and asked if this was the first oil change since I bought the car. I said yes, and he informed me the drain plug was completely stripped and unusable. My first thought was, Great, how much is this going to cost me now? But to my surprise, he said, “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of it. The oil pan is fine—we’ll just replace the plug. No charge.” About 15 minutes later, he came back again and apologized for the wait—they had run out of oil filters for my car. Of course, just my luck. But again, he already had one en route and it didn’t take long to arrive. They also performed a kind of used vehicle inspection and sent a full report directly to my phone, complete with pictures of everything—body, suspension, motor, you name it. It was clear they took their time and actually paid attention to the details, even though this wasn’t a job they were making any money on. This time around, I felt a level of honesty and attention to detail that I hadn’t experienced at Kerry’s before. Jesus went out of his way to make things right. Shout out to Brady! From the initial contact via telephone, to actually getting the service, Brady was both professional and honest. He got me in and out in 2 hours and that was with adding services to my initial problem! I will be back for the sensor issue Brady! We appreciate you! Time for a raise sir! 😆

WOW! As soon as I pulled into the parking and got out of my truck the energy was amazing. So calming and inviting. Brady Gibson and his team was very welcoming and friendly. There was a great vibe inside the building as well. Everything was explained in detail and step by step of what was going on with my vehicle. It was amazing to visit an automotive shop that has positive energy, professionalism and curtesy. I highly recommend the 7th and Camelback location!
