I was new to the neighborhood, I decided to take advantage of Kerry's convenient location. I drove in to inquire on a transmission flush and availability and pricing about 3pm one afternoon. I told the employee Daniel that I would return in the AM because I had a 5pm appointment. Daniel suggested and assured that he could get my transmission flush done in about 40 minutes. I was all for it and my car was completed in the exact time mentioned. While I waited, the friendliness of staff and cleanliness of the the establishment were top notch. Daniel and the mechanic also had time to review with me what work in the future I should be aware of but assured me I was still in good shape. The information was very useful and now I'm able to plan ahead for future repairs with Kerry's. They are great! I'm currently using them for my daughter's car engine, it's a big job and ongoing but I'm not worried with Kerry's. Recommend!!

This is the place to get your vehicle's preventive and predictive maintenance in the valley. I personally experienced a bad situation with another vehicle service company who substituted an oil which nearly left me and my loved one stranded on her birthday. The manager will not whatsoever change the oil to it's recommendations. I immediately went to the nearest NAPA and purchased the right recommend oil. Luckily, I made it to nearest Jiffy Lube. I found no problems from getting the vehicle service to actually engaging with Danny to help me stay on top of all our vehicle's needs. I personally like to go the Kerry's Car Care on 545 West Marisopa Street in Phoenix, AZ. The cross streets are 7th Avenue and Camelback road. I am a U.S. OIF Veteran and they will you give a military discount too. Be sure to check your mailbox for valuable coupons. I participate in 5 VALUE PACK OIL CHANGE PACKAGE with tire rotation. By the way a pinball or a arcade or both in the lobby would be awesome. I seen Mortal Kombat 1, 2, 3, at Best Buy. And if you need a Lyft? Kerry's Car Care offers a free Lyft ride to and from home if need be. Or a Lyft to and from work. I love this company and you will too. I chose Kerry's based on receiving flyers in the mail, and online reviews. I had to have my car towed after overheating on the road. Daniel at the front desk was very friendly, and kept me informed as to what was happening with my car. I love the waiting area. It feels so much more inviting and comfortable than most auto shop waiting areas. This was my first experience, but I would definitely return.

They have done at least four repairs on my truck and fixed it right the first time. So glad to have found a place I trust to take my truck

Kerry's is great about not just fixing the symptom but finding the root cause. They provide a quote and get authorization before starting repairs, and do a great job at explaining the reasons for their recommendations. I have never had to take a vehicle back for the same problem. Additionally, customer service is top notch and the waiting area is very comfortable.
