The work was completed in the estimated time and within the estimated cost. It is always nice to be remembered by name when I check in. I think of it as my neighborhood car care center.

I had my car towed to the Kerry’s service close to my home. They diagnosed the problem as a battery within minutes of my arrival and had the battery installed within an hour. I was charged only for the battery not for any labor charge at all. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism at Kerry’s

We have been taking our cars to Kerry’s for years and the service is prompt and exceptional. The guys who work there are knowledgeable and professional. Beats going to a dealer where we would pay 50-100% more. We highly recommend Kerry’s!

I have been going to Kerry’s s off and on for several years. I think the staff are friendly and customer service is usually very good. Sadly, this time I asked them to please just inflate my tires ( after my oil change) because I was going on a trip to Mexico. When I picked up my car, I asked if they remembered to inflate the tires and I was told yes they certainly did ! As I was driving … I waited to see the stats of my tires on my screen. My tires were still low the same as when I arrived . It was not done, I thought about going back, but then I had already spent a few hours longer than I anticipated . So I’m a little bit disappointed. Of course I’ll still go back I know and realize Human era is just that. !

Personnel are knowledgeable & easy to work with. Establishment is clean and vehicle drop off outside of open hours is super convenient.
