I’m so happy with the results. My car looked so bad after being side swiped and pushed into a concrete barrier. And I was so sad because it took me 2 years to save up for it and I had just payed it off in January. And it came out looking brand new! They were very communicative about the progress of my car and they finished it in less that two months when I was fully expecting closer to three months.

I had a few things to fix as my engine light was on, Collin hard all the parts ordered, took a little longer to get them, but since I work from home it wasn't an issue. The only thing I would bring up is that my brake engine light wasn't reset, so when I asked it have it cleared, the gentleman tired with his diagnostic machine, but at the end gave up and said to take it to BMW to have them do it. I got home, watched ONE youtube video and did it myself. All is good, but I would ask the techs to check alternate sources to figure out an issue. (To let you know, with the car off, and the key located inside the car, you press the ignition button 3 times quickly, which engages the service mode, then using the trip reset button, you can scroll through the service modes and reset each one that has tripped. No need to visit BMW to have them try to charge me $99). Then when I took it to for its smog check, turns out the car has to be driven through some "drive cycle" so the oxygen senson failed, but I'll take it back tomorrow after their drive cycle issue resolves itself. Again, Collin is great, just those 2 little things.

Diagnosed my problem quickly, made the repair quickly as well. Two days later, a new issue related to the first issue occurred. Could not start my vehicle, so Kerry’s sent a mechanic to get me started. Dropped off and picked up a few hours later…no charge this time. All of the staff there are helpful and friendly; I will be back for sure.
