This was rework meaning I had to bring my vehicle back in because there were several issues that the mechanic didn’t address when it was in the shop the first time. Things like this happen from time to time in the automotive repair business. What matters most is that they make it right. I’ve been doing business at this shop for 12 years, and they have always “made it right”.

I had my car towed to the Kerry’s service close to my home. They diagnosed the problem as a battery within minutes of my arrival and had the battery installed within an hour. I have been going to Kerry’s s off and on for several years. I think the staff are friendly and customer service is usually very good. Sadly, this time I asked them to please just inflate my tires ( after my oil change) because I was going on a trip to Mexico. When I picked up my car, I asked if they remembered to inflate the tires and I was told yes they certainly did ! As I was driving … I waited to see the stats of my tires on my screen. My tires were still low the same as when I arrived . It was not done, I thought about going back, but then I had already spent a few hours longer than I anticipated . So I’m a little bit disappointed. Of course I’ll still go back I know and realize Human era is just that. !
