Henry and the staff at Norterra have been excellent - super helpful throughout the whole process of fixing my car. It wasn’t the easiest issue to solve, but they went out of their way to get it right and make sure I left happy. I never felt overwhelmed, overcharged, or frustrated. Highly recommend!

It was great - the staff were very helpful. They were able to clearly show us the issue and explain we need to change the flat tire for a new one. They included some standard alignment checks and also rotated the wheels to make sure the older tires were at the front and new tires at the back It was nice of them to drop us off back home and pick us up when the car was ready.

Friendly staff, took only an hour, fair price. BUT I discovered after leaving that all 4 of my tires were 3-4 psi low. They apparently didn't check the tire pressures, so I'm not sure if I can be assured that everything else was checked properly.

Great price with oil chang coupon. Tech does Great work. He noticed a small pebble/rock in the pulley wheel and removed it for me.
