I can’t respond to this survey because I have no idea whether the issue was resolved. I never received any kind of communication or response. I didn’t see any indication that anything had been done about the drain next to my patio. I have placed several mosquito traps myself. If you can provide communication that maintenance completed this, I’ll be glad to resubmit my survey.

Maintenance did a fantastic job. They came out quickly to fix my washer. Very friendly and helpful. I cannot think them enough.

Community is not well maintained. Gates are broken and frequently not functioning properly. Flower beds need bark, pet feces frequently all over, trash/debris not picked up or cleaned, etc. Staff seems nice and friendly, so that's a positive.

When maintenance are doing inside work in the apartment they need to not leave apartment destroyed, clean up any debris after job is done, and do not use resident restrooms leaving urine on the toilet. That is very unprofessional and they should not be allowed all over a resident apartment! So that was very upsetting to come home to after work!

I appreciate the prompt response and support from the leasing office in ensuring I had everything I needed.
