The issues I had was not even fixed… the water is still just cold and the permit on my sister’s car was not giving a parking permit.

Please change the air filters more frequently. I had to go look for maintenance after putting in a request last Thursday and they just did it this morning because we reminded them. Our filter was so dirty and it’s frustrating because that can cause mold.

From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this was home. Ingrid and Michaela greeted me with a welcoming smile and warm welcoming. Every question was answered and super detailed. They followed up with me right after I left the property and that next morning. Although, I told them I was going to make a decision in 2 days, I decided to sleep on it and apply right away, the next day. Thank y'all so much for your kindness and thoroughness.

Maintenance is always so friendly and so time efficient. Makes living here so enjoyable to the point I actually never want to leave.
