Friendly and helpful service by staff.

I was at the Clinic because I felt knee to have the left hip replaced having had the right one done years earlier.The Check-in process was super simple and the staff member was courteous and helpful. The X-Ray technician was very sensitive to the pain on my left side while having me situated on the table. A very gracious and cheerful staff member stopped by to obtain basic information such as primary care MD, etc. I was so pleased with the thoroughness of Dr. Fricka's assessment/diagnosis, considerably raising my level of confidence in him. No detail was left uncovered. His approach was especially important to me because the right hip replacement was very problematic and I approached this appointment with considerable caution. I was particularly "intrigued" by the differential between the length of my two legs which the Dr.brought to my attention. What I also appreciated was the Dr.'s immediate appreciation of the effect my fibromyalgia has on pain and the only two drugs work to relieve significant pain. ( Tylenol-based pain killers have no effect on me.) In summary, I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire visit -- from start to finish.

Perfect tele-visit. I answered all of David’s questions and he answered all of mine. He gave me instructions and information in a timely manner- not rushed, not dragged out. Again, just perfect.

My visit was great - everything explained in detail and options available. Once we decided on a treatment it was completed immediately. I felt like I was listened to and valued. I will continue to go to the Anderson Clinic for my treatments.
