I’ll start off with everybody in the office was very polite, but the office processes and procedures are unacceptable. I waited two months to get a pre-authorization for two simple gel shots. I was on the phone over 20 times with the office and my insurance companies. My insurance company told me it was a simple procedure number one. The doctor has to give a justification for the medication, and the insurance company said a simple email,fax or phone call would get the process started generally taking 72 hours. I waited almost 2 months for this process to be completed.

Long time for appointment

The staff is very polite and professional. Dr. Fricka has the best “bedside” manner. He always explains what the next course of action is throughly and takes the time to answer your questions. He is a caring and empathetic physician. I wish we had more physicians of his caliber in the world. Thank you so much.
