The staff were helpful. Dr. Fricka was highly professional & easy to converse & ask questions.

In the recovery process when I was transferred upstairs in the hospital I had a bad experience with one of the supervisors (which reduced me to tears and I don’t easily cry) Also when Dr Fricka introduced me to the young female physical therapist it well with her but after she left and I wanted to use the ladies room following the instructions on how to walk and turn one of the African female spoke very nasty to me. On another occasion when I was preparing to checkout they kept insisting that I use the physical therapy place they wanted me to use and after I informed them I was going to follow Dr Fricka instructions they sent someone else to try and get me to go where they wanted me.I was not going to say anything but my family felt I should mention it because how many other patients have they treated like thatI loved how the surgery went, the recovery room staff, the two physical therapist that help me to get started on being able do for myself and most of all the way Dr Fricka explained everything. I have already recommended him to other people. But I recommended to them not to do overnight stayi if possible do in and out surgeryDr Fricka,THANK YOU SO VERY MUCHJob well Done!!!!
