Was able to get a cancellation appointment only five days after calling! Very happy with all aspects of care, as usual.

Dr. Fricka is the best! Good follow-up 4 month visit. Important to me: I initially had a problem after I got home from surgery & Dr. Fricka was in daily communication with me via the Force app or by him calling me until the problem resolved. Over 11 days, I appreciated his care & attention to my problem.

Everything was except except for the online appointment request which never received a response. I wasted several days thinking that was a legitimate way to get an appointment.

I didn’t answer number four because I’ve been coming to the Anderson clinic since 2011 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but the Anderson clinic for my needs and Dr. Fricka is amazing
