Appointment was right on time. A lot was done very efficiently but I did not feel rushed. Dr. Fricka and his fellow that I met with listened to my history and concerns during the exam, answered my questions, and conveyed information to me clearly.

I would have preferred being contacted/asked about my first post-op appointment time rather than receiving an email assigning me a date/time. Consequently, I had to reschedule PT that was at the same time.
