Main thing my life's better for sure

Plenty of parking! I was treated courteously. Wait areas were clean and comfortable. Best of all, my surgery is scheduled!

Although getting an appointment was unusually stressful (I was transferred from the appointment coordinator to Dr Fricka’s Team line - so that I could get an appt ASAP- due to 2 hip dislocations within days of each other- and the scheduler did not have an opening until November). I left 4 messages on a line re: the urgency of the appointment- and heard NOTHING back fo a week…. Finally, a gentleman answered the appointment line- as opposed to the woman who directed me to leave messages) and when I explained the circumstances he immediately put me in touch with Kimberly (Dr. Fricka’s assistant) who arranged an appointment within 2 days!Also wish to note that the entire staff at Mt Vernon, from check in, exray, the Fellow, and Vera-RN couldn’t have been any kinder, patient or more thorough during each step of the visit. And, as for Dr. Fricka - (who replaced my hip 10 yrs prior) his skill, empathy and supportive and patient explanations are beyond ANY Dr. I have ever experienced.

Anderson clinic staff were great including the surgeon, the fellow, the physicians assistant, and the nurses and others who answered the phone to help me with my questions.Same for Harborside Surgery Center staff where the surgery was performed.

This is the second time that I am using Dr.Frica at the Anderson Clinic. After he completed my Total Hip Replacement of my right side in 2018, I knew that I would want any further hip or knee replacements only with him and Anderson Clinic. I am scheduled for the THR of my left side
