Friendly and concerned about you as a patient

It would be great if the staff could update the patients if the provider is running late.

All my questions and needs were addressed and the treatment plan was clearly explained. Dr. Fricka is the real deal… I am so thankful for a Dr I can trust.

Difficult finding the office if you don't know what entrance to use. Would be helpful if staff told patients when appointments are made that the yellow entry is the best way to find the clinic.

It was the most pleasant experience every I was on the edge when I arrived for my surgery but to ease real soon when I entered the hospital, the pre op area staff was very nice, the anesthesiologist and the recovery staff were very comforting. They did all they could to make me feel comfortable . My experience was awesome and yes if I had to choose the Anderson Group I would choose them again. Dr. Fricka was very nice and very good. I had my right knee replaced with Dr Fricka 7 years ago and I had requested to have him as my surgeon this time for my left knee replacement. I have total confidence in his surgical skills. The nurses who take care of me are angels…
