The staff forgot I was waiting and the doctor did not know I was coming. I waited 90 minutes past the appt time. Finally a kind staff member noticed me, asked why I was there, and then got me back to see my excellent doctor All were apologetic and embarrassed.

My husband, 2 sons and I have been patients at Anderson Clinic for over 30 years seeing a variety of Doctors in the practice….Lavallo, Branche, Abrigo. Prior to meeting Dr. Fricka I met with a fellow Sean Mosher…his “bedside” demeanor could have been a bit warmer and he could make better eye contact upon first meeting him.

I appreciate the opportunity to talk and discuss with Dr. Fricka his professional opinions and my options concerning my health. Dr Fricka spent the time to answer all of my questions. Thank you

It would be helpful if Mount Vernon Hospital administration would once again provide valet llparking service at what was formerly known as the YELLOW ENTRANCE !
