Excellent service!

As an established patient of Dr. Fricka (hip replacement 11 yrs ago) I was very frustrated that I could not get an appointment with Dr. Fricka - after explaining that I just returned from a vacation where my hip dislocated twice in two days and had to be relocated by a ship’s Dr. I was told the wait list was at least 10 weeks. I tried calling several times explaining my urgency - was told to speak with his support team and they said it was still 10 weeks to get an appointment. After a week of calling daily- someone put me in touch with his assistant who arranged an appointment (squeeze in) within one week. From then on my experience returned to the excellent treatment I expected.

I’m so pleased with the excellent results of the surgery Dr.Kevin Fricka performed. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but also a kind, knowledgeable, and caring person.

I had a total knee replacement surgery with Dr. Fricka and spent one night in Mt. Vernon Hospital. The entire CARE TEAM, including hospital staff, was AMAZING!

Very caring doctor. Listened to my problems and answered all my questions. His Fellow, who I saw first, was also very helpful and nice.

I found everyone there friendly which is a comfortable atmosphere.

Dr. Fricka took all the time I needed to explain to me why I wasn’t progressing as fast as I thought I should.Now my mind is set for better rehab.

The only reason I rated Dr. Fricka a fair in presenting clarity of information was because we covered so much so quickly. I’m afraid I didn’t catch everything.
