Dr Fricka has operated on my hip and both my knees with excellent results. I have much improved mobility thanks to his excellent operating skills. I was also like to commend him for looking at ways to improve post-op healing of his patients by use of a brief nutritional survey. Good nutrition is key to promoting the body’s ability to heal, a fact often forgotten by patients.

Visit with Dr. Fricka went extremely well. He answered all our questions in an extremely professional and understandable manner. Additionally, he be set forth several options for recovery and explained possible outcomes for each options. I have complete confidence in Dr. Fricka’s professionalism as a surgeon and knee specialist.

Software “Force” used by clinic needs patient user group review and improvement. Force introduction is lacking for Anderson Clinic’s over age 65 patient base: the current introduction is designed for people who use software programs daily and not occasional or one time users. Additionally, the Q&As are unstructured/unorganized: if a patient is seeking pre-surgery information Q&As should be organized under a pre-surgery tab, if patient is seeking medicine information for meds prescribed by clinic that information should be under a medicine tab, etc. Because of the spectrum of Q&As, it is insufficient to list Questions by frequency of being asked. The communications section of Force and the Clinic’s near immediate response is excellent; this excellent facet of Force is not a response of the software, but a reflection of the Clinic and its excellent management/responsiveness to its patients.

I could not be happier with my decision to undergo the total replacement of my left knee. I’m back to enjoying the activities I like to do most, including running 3 to 4 times per week week; playing golf regularly; playing pickle ball; hiking.
