The visit was very informative and pleasant. The PA was eccellent and explained everything perfectly.

Dr. Fricka fixed/revised my knee replacement that another Doctor did incorrectly. I so appreciate his willingness to go through the long process including FDA approval. He gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any problems. Outstanding surgical skills and outstanding customer service. Dr. Fricka thank you for all you and your support staff to make my experience easy and pain free.

Mike, the Anderson fellow I saw before Dr. Fricka came in, kept repeating an example about his blood under a microscope having bacteria so many times even after I pointed out that he kept repeating the same example--to me, it lost his original relevancy to the reason for my visit. I had a list of questions that after the first few, he seemed disinterested in answering and he kept asking me for my next question as he moved closer and closer towards the door. Before he left the room, his last statement to me left me confused over what my choice of procedure (partial or total) should be. I hope he has nothing to do with my surgery itself. Dr. Fricka was able to answer the same questions clearly and succinctly. He was fine with answering my list of questions so I could make the appropriate decision about my planned surgery. Also, Ashley in reception was most helpful so I could complete the ipad categories which I had been unable to complete back during the Nov 14, 2024 visit when my ipad failed 4 times and, and at that time, the reception folks were not interested in having me complete the intake information after my appt was over. Ashley also set me up with portal access. Rebecca in xray and Vera for surgery info were most helpful.

Dr. Fricka is an Outstanding surgeon!!!! Kudos! Today’s visit was my 1 year follow up! He was the surgeon for both of my total knee replacements (2020 right; 2024 left). I never experienced any problems during my recovery. After a short time, No more pain! No more swelling!!!! This was my 1 year follow-up and I feel great! Back to walking on the treadmill and I no longer avoid stairs!

Dr. Fricka and is staff are very professional and knowledgeable and provided enough information for me to make decisions and feel as comfortable as possible. He and staff were on time and moved through the process with ease.
