Friendly and concerned about you as a patient

It would be great if the staff could update the patients if the provider is running late.

All my questions and needs were addressed and the treatment plan was clearly explained. Dr. Fricka is the real deal… I am so thankful for a Dr I can trust.

Difficult finding the office if you don't know what entrance to use. Would be helpful if staff told patients when appointments are made that the yellow entry is the best way to find the clinic.

Dr. Fricker is my Favorite Doctor! He’s an “Exceptional Doctor “ I respect Dr. Fricker ,and blessed to have him as my surgeon.

It was the most pleasant experience every I was on the edge when I arrived for my surgery but to ease real soon when I entered the hospital, the pre op area staff was very nice, the anesthesiologist and the recovery staff were very comforting. They did all they could to make me feel comfortable . My experience was awesome and yes if I had to choose the Anderson Group I would choose them again. Thank you Dr. Kevin Fricka my doctor the bestest.

Dr. Fricka has a great bedside manner. He is pleasant to interact with and answers my questions leaving me confident that he’s resolved my concerns. He’s very approachable which is a plus in navigating medical concerns/personnel

It was an excellent final summation of my one year anniversary of my knee replacement. Dr Fricka gave me helpful suggestions on how I can maintain a strong and healthy knee in the years ahead. He is a wonderful doctor whom I have recommended to two of my friends who have now had a successful knee and hip replacement.
