Was repeatedly asked for paperwork I had scanned and emailed in prior to visit. Records need to be checked before asking.

My appointment was at 11:15, had x-ray at 11:35, that was great. I didn't see my orthopaedic doctor until 12:20. I wasn't the only patient that experience the time factor between x-ray and seeing your doctor.

They proved excellent service every time and they are very professional in the office and one the phones.

The Anderson provided me with all the information I needed to help me understand just what was going on with my body, how and what to do to correct it. After the visit my wife and I quickly came to the decision for me to have surgery. Everyone that we came in contact with at The Anderson Clinic was very nice and helpful.

Dr. Kevin Fricka is the most personable and at the same time Professional Physician I’ve ever meet. He’s simply a joy to work with. He gets an at-a- boy from both me and my wife! Also, all the staff that surrounds him and work as a team / there’re the best!!

I made a followup visit for a one year check at my 3 month check. There was apparently a mix up, and the receptionist had to search for my appointment, and it had not been completed. She handled it professionally, although I couldn’t understand how this occurred as I made it in the office.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Fricka is the best! Easy to talk with, caring, listens, takes time to explain things well- my husband had knee replacement a few years back and did very well---looking forward to his excellent care in the future!

Vera was great help. All Drs were personable n took their time with me n explained everything. Pre-op nurses are fantastic! Floor nurses were great my 1 day there. And the food was excellent ‼️
