The efficiency of the protocols once in the office was pleasing as a patient . I did not like having to go to Mt Vernon " hospital " itself for an " office " visit due to the logistics of parking , finding the actual office once in the hospital itself was a bit annoying as a " new " patient on my first visit to both Mt Vernon Hospital and the office of Dr Fricka

We or I was given the wrong location for Dr. Frika and this made me late for the appointment and it was frustrating trying to located it. Otherwise upon arrival everything went smooth and everyone was very accommodating.
