Doctor Fricka is a great! He answered all my concerns. Which gave me a positive feeling for surgery.Very professional with a great and positive attitude. You could tell they all loved their job, worked together and made me feel at ease.

The staff forgot I was waiting and the doctor did not know I was coming. I waited 90 minutes past the appt time. Finally a kind staff member noticed me, asked why I was there, and then got me back to see my excellent doctorAll were apologetic and embarrassed.
