This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I was in a great deal of pain walking into the clinic. All staff from check-in to the medical assistant, to the office manager who was helping in a busy clinic, to the doctor's surgical coordinator and nurse, to the fellow and finally the surgeon treated me with the upmost kindness and patience. They listened to my needs and answered all my questions. The process of being seen, understanding my procedure, scheduling my surgery and receiving all of my surgical information was seamless and efficient. I look forward to my knee replacement, as ironic as that sounds.

Dr. Fricka listened to my concerns and was able to prescribe treatment to help my problem. He did not rush and took time to explain.
