The wait time was over 45 minutes. I understand that busy doctors who give their patients good care can get behind. Fortunately I didn’t have other appointments or commitments. However if I showed up almost an hour past my appointment time I think I would have been required to reschedule. Respectfully, my point is a patient’s time is valuable. No one seemed in the least apologetic for the wait. Courtesy is also appreciated by patients.

I love Dr. Fricka and the Anderson clinic! I travel far just to see him. He has done both of my knee replacements. I wouldn’t see anyone else for such an important surgery.

My experience with the Anderson Clinic has been outstanding. Dr. Fricka performed a knee replacement (revision). I asked him if he would do it. It involved correcting another surgeon’s work. Dr. Fricka had a year ago performed a knee replacement on my other knee. The results were amazing. I had functionality of my knee and no longer experienced bone on bone. My experience with Anderson was very different from my other knee replacement experience. Because it was such a positive experience I wanted my other knee corrected if possible. Dr. Fricka was frank about what the results which I appreciated. Worse case I would not experience improvement in my current situation. He also reminded me that I would experience the pain and work associated with recovery and may not see improvement. I felt I had nothing to lose and underwent the surgery. This was my third knee replacement. It was worth it! The surgery was a success! My knee is now straight and I can bend it like normal. I could not do this before. Before the surgery one leg was shorter than the other and my body alignment consequently was off. I had been this way for 2 years.As Dr. Fricka counseled me, I would have to do the hard work in physical therapy. He was right. It was worth the pain.Dr. Fricka is an extremely talented surgeon. He is the best! I told one of the doctors that Fricka and his team are the “A-Team”. He cares about his patients, listens to them, and checks on their progress. The other surgeon I had did not do this. This is an important part of patient care and makes a difference to the outcome and the overall experience. Without reservation I would recommend and have recommended Dr. Fricka to others. He is simply the best!!

Every time I visit the entire staff treats me respect, care and concern for my well-being. They patiently answer my questions and offer helpfuladvice and suggestions to help my healing process.

Dr. Fricka is a very good doctor/surgeon. He has operated on my husband’s both knees a while back and to my surprise, he still remembers him all this years. That only means that he cares for his patients. My husband & I calls him the “gentle giant”. He’s a very tall man with big gentle hands. 😇
