I had a 2:30 appointment and didn't see the doctor until 4 pm, was not happy about that. My time is my time NOT TO SIT for over an hour in a room WAITING to see the doctor. Other thanthat, I'm happy with Dr Fricka.

Would like wait times for appointments to see physician to be shorter.

Dr Africa answered all my questions. Staff was professional

Dr. Frika was very patient answering all my questions, considering my situation not just taking for granted that he had all the answers. Also Vera was very accommodating, professional but warm. I feel like I'm getting the best.

I live in Vienna, and it would be nice if there were fewer visits to Mount Vernon and more visits were done at Anderson Clinic in Arlington. I wish that Dr. Fricka was in Arlington more than once a month so that at least all the pre-op visits could be scheduled there. Ideally, it would be nice if surgery was done there also!

I was an hour late for appointment and they still let me see Dr Fricka

I didn’t feel rushed and all my questions were addressed.

Fricka is a great person and doctor. He did a knee replace for me 10 years ago and it is still perfect. People at front desk were helpful and nice.

My Wife and I have been a patient of Anderson Orthopedics for many years. We have always be satisfied with the services we have received.

Please advise APPOINTMENT CLERK to tell new patients where to park. I walked a long way because I’d did not know the office is in the yellow hallway.
