When I requested maintenance, it was handled within the week, and on the day of, the issue was fix quickly. My only issue was that the old drainage pipe wasn't removed, and I'm not sure if I should place it in the garbage (it won't fit), or do something else (it's metal).

I don’t remember the date but a few months ago. I also asked Key Realty to send that message in writing and they did not comply. Employees should be instructed not to bully tenants and to only send important messages about eviction in writing. The moment our landlord hired Key Realty, we were threatened with eviction if we could not provide the lease to Key Realty, which in my opinion the landlord should supply. I called the landlord who said they never said or authorized that threat. It was a pretty insensitive overstep and abuse of position.

The first person assigned for maintenance was fired. Key Realty did not get back to me with a replacement person. I contacted them after several months and they told me they would have another person come out and do the work. That person came out to assess the damage several months ago, but never came back to do the work. I haven’t heard anything from Key Realty about it. It always seems like a hard slog to get repairs done. I try not to complain though because I don’t want my rent to get raised. I don’t know what service this is referring to. All I know is that I’ve put in two requests over the past six months regarding wood rot, and have not seen a repair person yet.

I’ve been living in Elk Grove for seven years any issues with my apartment have been taken care of quickly without problem, and it’s a nice quiet, friendly neighborhood

One of the great things about Key realty is the response time! I can't tell you how many other places won't respond back for a minor repair let alone a major one.(not that we have had any) Also, the staff is very friendly.

We have lived in several communities; homes, apartment complexes & have never received the exceptional service that Key Realty Center delivers. They are always receptive to our concerns and take immediate action in resolving any & all issues. We highly recommend their services to everyone!!!
