The fact that Rod has been available when called upon is an asset! We appreciate his helpfulness. The gardeners are not very competent, but I have never complained about them.

Very quick on fixing the issue

Response to maintenance is always quick.

So far we have had a pretty fair rental experience with Key Realty Center. Communication is clear and provided when needed. Maintenance repairs are addressed efficiently. The online service portal is a great attribute for handling rental matters. The unit we are renting was in fair condition when we moved in, with minimal upkeep issues found during the move in inspection - carpets with 3rd hand smoke and cigarette burns from previous tenant, window screens wearing, lose outlets, repairs to the wall visible and fresh paint not completed, food debris and grime found in kitchen cabinets, fridge, stove, etc… My only suggestion would be better preparation of unit and cleanliness prior to the next tenant that resides here, as with our experience I found quite a bit of a mess still existing and personally had to clean upon our move in date.

The ability to get repairs done in a timely fashion put you on the superior list. Thank You!

Highly recommended. I moved in Elk Grove area to get my daughters in a better school district. Key Realty and Rod really saved us during a difficult time in our life when we had to move away from our hometown. Thanks to Key Realty we can call Elk Grove home now.
