Honestly, the coaches are phenomenal. Their energy is what keeps the kids engaged. The courses are challenging and fun. Everything about the Acadiana center is top notch.

We Love KidStrong! We have been here since November of 2022. We love the that is has helped him become more confident. More than just a workout, it shapes the whole kid!

KidStrong has been great for my 4 year old! In just 10 classes, she’s improved greatly in her confidence! Shes more sure of herself, trying new things, and improving her physicality. The way it’s structured really encourages her to keep going to new classes and she can measure her growth by certain things like leveling up to a new ranking and being eligible to be class captain! We love it!

I rate kid strong highly because my son is nonverbal level 2 autism and since day one they have never made me feel like we didn’t belong and they are very patient with him and cheer him on

Coaches take the time to help kids in the areas they struggle with. I have seen huge growth in my daughter since she started.
