It is a well balanced program of physical and cognitive activities and we have really enjoyed it so far.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with KidStrong of Acadiana! The coaches are incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely caring with every child they work with. What really stands out is how they meet each individual exactly where they are, offering encouragement and support tailored to their unique needs.They take the time to break things down step by step, making it easier for kids to build confidence and achieve their physical goals at their own pace. You can tell they truly care about helping each child succeed—not just physically, but emotionally as well. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a positive and supportive environment for their child!

The coaches make you feel so welcomed. My son was struggling balancing on one foot at a time and Coach Lauren did it with him and his confidence was amazing you could see how much more confident he was because Coach Lauren helped. She is absolutely amazing. All the Coaches are.
