My son is very shy. He stays at home with momma and has a little 6 month old brother. We want our son to gain confidence. Our first trial didn’t go so well and the team offered us a 2nd trail with a smaller class to help him before we sign up. That alone made my experience there amazing

I've never seen anything like it. My son loves these classes so much and its a great way for him to burn energy and get stronger.

Communicated very clearly, even the website was very clear and easy to understand exactly what to expect. I got a call to go over everything and when I arrived I again was let know what we can expect. The coaches were so kind and made sure we were okay the entire and made time to explain how they coach and the reason behind it. They clearly know what they’re doing and love what they do. I’m excited to continue our journey with KidStrong.

we have been coming to kidstrong Alamo Ranch for 1.5 years. The coaches are amazing, patients and kind. They coach each child at their level of understanding and emotional state for that class. Some days my child needs more assistance and other days he’s more independent. My child has learned to wait in line, wait his turn and to help others when needed. Kid strong class is a fun part of our week.

The coaches are amazing. Michael took a few classes to warm up and he can be very timid. He took to them quickly which says a lot. They know how to build trust in children who feel afraid at first

The staff & coaches are so sweet, personal and engaging. My kids are happy & excited when we walk in the doors to Kidstrong because they know they’re about to be greeted with excitement and work on awesome skills on the mat.
