It builds confidence in the kids. Although they’re there to workout, it teaches them discipline and can be educational at the same time. The coaches are there to guide them and encourage them and they do a great job!!

KidStrong has made significant growth for my boy. He is level 3 Autism and nonverbal, but parents allowed on the mat to provide that comfortability and guidance is a huge bonus.

KidStrong has made a huge difference in my child’s development, both mentally and physically. Since starting, I’ve noticed that he’s become much more confident, follows directions better, communicates more effectively, and is willing to try new things. Physically, his balance, coordination, strength, and overall body awareness have improved so much.Compared to other 2-year-olds we know who aren’t involved in KidStrong, you can definitely see how much faster he’s advancing. He seems more independent, focused, and capable of handling activities that are usually more challenging for his age. He’s picked up skills quickly and has reached milestones with confidence. We truly feel that KidStrong has given him a strong foundation and has helped him grow beyond what we expected at this age.
