They are so great with the kids and I love the structure of the class.

Perfect for the age group. Just needs to an hour long

My son gets very anxious and has a hard time going with coaches. We have tried different classes and nobody got him to feel comfortable enough to actually get in there and try. They would give up after asking twice. But kidstrong seems to be the perfect place for him. He loved it and I was so happy that the coaches tried over and over to talk to my son and got him comfortable enough to try the class. Can’t wait to see my son’s confidence grow!

My daughter is loving KidStrong and is excited to attend each class. It has helped with her confidence and her physical development.

Love how every minute of the class is accounted for even water breaks. Thank you for thinking of even those small games to do during those breaks to keep them engaged and occupied

The staff are all so nice & encouraging. I know my kiddos are in great hands when we go to class!

All the coaches are amazing and the classes are always fun and engaging

KidStrong has been a great tool to develop Jaxon’s self confidence and physical coordination. I’ve noticed he has better social skills in other situations outside of class as well.
