The Alamo facility and coaches are amazing. Our grandson has improved tremendously in his physical abilities with proper guidance and that's what we love about Kids Strong.

It’s a fun environment that is building confidence and strength for my child. I’ve seen his progress in the program and I am very thankful for it.

KidStrong has been a great fit for my son. The coaches meet him where he is, help him build skills, and teach him how to work as part of a team. The staff are sincere and genuine, and they make it a point to check in with both the kids and parents. After class, he felt empowered and truly happy. We are very grateful for such a positive environment.

This location is great! I do think that there might be an issue with classes over scheduling, particularly the 2-3 year olds. This week there were between 15-20 kids on the floor along with the parent which made the class very crowded and difficult to move around in.

My daughter loves it. It is a great balance of exercise a d character building
