This program is completely unique from all other children’s recreational activities. Usually children are put in sports or music lessons but this isn’t a sport, it’s a physical and mental training.

They helped my daughter when she was scared. They pushed her to do something without scaring her more. The staff was also so friendly and welcoming.

We love Kids Strong. I have seen a tremendous change in both of my boys. They have more confidence and enjoy achieving milestones.

Moved older students up to a new section when it was no longer socially appropriate for 5/6 year olds to be with 3 year olds, not over crowd class sections.

Couldn’t be more grateful for KidStrong! Not only is it teaching strength and agility but also get interpersonal skills as well. We love it here

Not really, most classes seemed booked and the awards would be nice to have a system to choose the kids who earn it without it looking like there is preference
