My boys love kidstrong . Thay are happy with every class and look forward to camp . Jest watch out on how kids do some of the exercises if they're not doing it right they can injure themselves I know there's only two coaches per class but just something to think about.

I’m very happy with the activities, I think have to make sure all the kids are following instructions at all time I know is a short period of time but how are they going to be strong and successful if they don’t follow directions. Beside that we enjoy it. Thank you
