App is weird. Need better documentation on how to book classes and use parent/kid account. We just figured it out like a year in,

The coaching staff we have experienced thus far make the classes fun and engaging for our toddler boy. I’ve watched my son’s confidence grow as he tries new things. I especially like how the coaches know all the kids names, it personalizes the experience. Coach Kylie and coach Mady (hope I spelled them right) are my son’s favorites. They do an excellent job at recognizing skill level and pairing up the right kids for teamwork activities.

It's been a positive experience for both of my kids. My only recommendations for the toddler class is the music is very loud and with everything going on it can be very overstimulating and hard to follow the instructions for that age. Multi-step instructions are developmentally advanced for this age.

Very happy with coaches and staff. The program overall has been great for my son.We unfortunately have a parent in our class who is not following the rules and allowing his child to do whatever he wants. This includes running into other children, getting on the box while other children get awards, and simply not paying attention to his child. It is getting worse and I would really appreciate if someone could reach out and speak with him.

Kidstrong is such a wonderful program for kids who are very active and need to burn some energy. I was only there for a trial and also got a workout with Cristian. I am excited to start his Kidstrong journey.

My son absolutely enjoys the classes and has improved on his social skills entirely. He cools down on his own by doing his breathing exercises and he applies what he’s learned at the gym at home. He looks forward to class every week
