Everything about kids strong is good. No doubts.

I’ve been taking my son to KidStrong since he could walk. It’s not just a great way for him to get out some extra energy; it has helped his confidence and independence. His coaches, Kali and Maddie, are WONDERFUL and have become part of our extended family.

KidStrong Allentown has incredible staff. They were very kind, caring, gentle, motivating , encouraging . In just 45 mins I saw my son's confidence in completing each course sky rocket! He can't wait to go back.

KidStrong has been one of the best things to happen to my son. He looks forward to it weekly and really enjoys working towards leveling up and getting his new shirt! All of the coaches we’ve encountered have been absolutely fabulous and integral to my son’s growth in the program. My son is pretty shy however, he looks forward to seeing his coaches and kidstrong friends every week! A million kind words would still not be enough!

The coaches and staff have all been great! I think being a part of KidStrong has really helped him come out of his shell, stay active and get to do something he enjoys.

Since day one we have been treated like family. They coaches are great motivation for the kids and encourage them to never give up. There is always fun activities to grow our family as wellas the kidstrong family. My son has never not looked forward to coming to class.

Kidstrong has helped my daughter build confidence and she really looks forward to her classes! The coaches have been very helpful! Overall we love the experience that Kidstrong offers!
