Love everything about KidStrong, especially our coaches (usually have the same few). Only recommendation is less screen / sit time for the younger groups. They go to run, explore so they don’t always want to sit multiples in front of TV (shapes, animals, counting, etc)

Kidstrong is everything. The kids get a full body workout, some mental stimulation, and opportunities to build social skills and leadership. We’ve been coming to kidstrong for over two and a half years with no end in sight. 10/10
