Kidstrong is awesome and ai highly recommend it to anyone. I do have a tiny bit of confusion using the app sometimes, but its not too bad at all.

Great for young children to get physical, and mental exercise.

My son has a blast and we really enjoy and appreciate the coaches! They work so well with the kids!

Everything was excellent kindness and clean

Kidstrong is an excellent avenue for youth to develop fitness habits to last into adulthood. We pulled my daughter out for a bit only to re enroll her a few months later due to noticable physical changes in her body with her stating "I'm getting "un-strong" :( so we came up with preventative measures for hair nits/louse. A lot of hair flying w/kids jumping, kicking, working out, rolling around on mats becoming stronger individuals...it is a possibility, but definitely worth the "risk".An improvement I definitely think needs to happen for safety bodily reasons is proper form. As an avid gym goer there is always someone available to show proper form so no injury happens. In being advertised as kids getting stronger they should also be shown proper form. Albeit a quick "lesson" as there are many kids at times. I feel with the two coaches in every class that quick show of correct form should be taken.Get them to Kidstrong! They will thank you!

The atmosphere, the coaches, the lessons, and everything in between makes this place amazing. My son enjoys going to class and is sad if we miss it. Has taught him many different things.

Everyone was so friendly and very engaging for the kids.

They are great communicators, they genuinely care about the kids, the coaches are always positive & encouraging, the facility is always spotless, the environment is always great

Staff are all well trained, Oaklyn loves going there and learns good skills while playing with others.
