Kidstrong has been a great space for my son to learn team building, confidence, and grit in a way that isn’t available anywhere else that I have seen. He loves it and it’s great way for him to get some energy out in a productive way.

You can tell that each coach genuinely cares about the class of kids they’re coaching. They are all well trained and th class flows so smoothly, keeping the kids attention and excitement.

This was such an awesome experience for my son. We heard about it through one of his friends from school and weren’t sure if he could get into the same class, but we decided to just show up. The staff was incredible — super friendly and helpful — and they got him signed up right on the spot for that class going forward. The class itself was great, the energy was high, and everyone seemed to be having a blast. I’d highly recommend this for any kid, whether they’re into sports or just need a fun and positive outlet. Both my son and I had a great experience.

Kid Strong is teaching my child great developmental skills. He is learning team building, and social skills all while developing physical agility. The staff are patient and welcoming. it’s a great environment for kids to grow!

I only wish classes were longer or a bit slower paced. There are SO many amazing aspects of the classes. It feels like we just rush through them. I also LOVE the way the staff connects just as much to the kids as they do to the parents and caregivers.
