This is an awesome place to take my son! It’s not just a mindless place to pass time, it’s building his character and teaching him how to move his body in such a healthy way! We are so blessed to be able to get him into encouraging sports/workouts so early in his life.

It is such a positive atmosphere and all the staff members are so welcoming as soon as you walk in. The kids have a great time while learning valuable life lessons and working out their energy.

The staff and coaches are amazing with my son. He has autism and is a bit much but they encourage him and have patience with him. It gives him a chance to be around other children his age since he is homeschooled as well.

We absolutely loved our first class! All the staff was super friendly and welcoming! I will definitely be back with my daughter. She bragged about it to all her friends.

Awesome coaches/team and positive environment. I think KidStrong is a better alternative to competitive sports for preschool kids. This is because it builds confidence by focusing on personal development in a positive environment rather than winning/losing. We really appreciate the support from the coaches too who know and encourage each kid individually and keep it fun.
