My grandson loves it and can’t wait for the next class!

Coaches and owner were great! Very welcoming, set clear goals for the kids, made it fun while still having great structure and order. Class sizes were perfect (6).

I was blown away at how hands on and involved the coaches were even with parents also on the floor! The coaches helped make sure both kids and parents felt comfortable through the whole process. My son talked about "gym class" app day after class. He even looked for his kidstrong shirt the next morning because he is already excited to come back again!

Loved watching my little girl do all the things with such an encouraging staff and coaches.

My daughter was smiling from head to toe right after. That's a plus. She had fun and it is helping her self esteem.❤️

The staff & facility are amazing! Myles had his first class & wished it lasted longer!

Carson had a blast! He loved the teamwork aspect of the class.

From the moment of inquiring, to walking in, and leaving our first session, EVERYONE was welcoming. They took interest, wanted to know what our goals were, gave reassurance, and instilled confidence in my son before the session even started.
