We love how friendly the staff is! They have really helped to make my little girl a lot more social, and helped her to interact kindly to other kids. All the coaches are great, but we LOVE COACH MILEY and COACH ERIN!

Our family loves the impact it’s had on our child. I would love to see some exercises for warm ups incorporated.

I’ve had a wonderful experience here. The teachers are personable, friendly, and incredibly supportive, always going the extra mile to make sure students feel comfortable and confident. They create a welcoming environment that makes learning enjoyable and engaging. The building itself is equally impressive—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with top-notch facilities. The modern equipment really enhances the overall experience and shows a strong commitment to quality. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a space where both students and staff can thrive.

Kid strong has a fantastic age appropriate activities to help my energetic little guy use his energy constructively while developing certain muscle groups that may need a little bit of a boost.

I have loved seeing my son’s confidence improve both physically and mentally. He’s learning new skills all the time. I love that not he learns about strength, bravery, and teamwork while also learning skills like being able to order food independently at a restaurant. We frequently have family members who ask us “where did he learn that?” and usually our answer is KidStrong!
