Coach Colin was amazing. He was so helpful and patient. I adore coach Destiny. Hopefully we are able to be in her classes at some point. I am so excited for Javier to be a part of the Kid Strong program

My grandson loves KidStrong. It’s been such a positive experience for him. He looks forward to the challenges and friendly competitions. The coaches are phenomenal, they are encouraging and motivating and really care about the kids. I can honestly see where his confidence is growing. He leaves each week with a smile. We love the environment, always neat and clean! I highly recommend KidStrong for your kids! They are able to have fun, compete, and meet new teammates! WE LOVE KIDSTRONG!

They teach children to be strong and are active; very good staff, very friendly and caring.

Kidstrong does help kids get out of there she’ll and really be independent and not giving up. Learning teamwork with other kids. However once the kids start excelling it is not very challenging for them. If there can be more challenging obstacles I would rate a 10. To be honest I feel the shirt ranks are given based off attendance. My child sees this and has stated to us. He feels he doesn’t have to give his all because no matter what he will rank up. This is not meant to be harsh but just some feedback.

It's a wonderful program. It's challenging enough for him to experience growth but has some truly obtainable wins to keep him motivated.

I really liked the skills the program focuses on. It is also a great way to burn energy and have fun.
