The coaches are patient and firm. They hold the children accountable to gym rules and class expectations. The class structure keeps the children engaged and challenged. The coaches help as needed but allow the children to try and even fail but offer support to allow them to try again independently

Staff is knowledgeable, professional and polite. The areas are clean and the classes well structured.
