It's a phenomenal cognitive and physical conditioning model - catered to all inclusive of those who are learning adverse. The staff seem very cohesive internally and conversations are professional, and kidstrong forward.

KidStrong Annapolis is great! My son loved the fun, high-energy workouts that build strength, confidence, and teamwork. The coaches were patient, encouraging, and made fitness feel like play. Such a positive way to instill healthy habits early- highly recommend! 💪✨

My wife and I enjoyed are free trial. The coaches were great and very patient with my child and great at demonstrating and explaining to the kids what needed to be done. Look forward to continuing with this location.

I love that the staff is so friendly. My daughter really enjoys the class and I’ve noticed a great improvement in her confidence. Also enjoy having a integrate different concepts from school into the classes to make it a learning environment as well as physical activity.

Love kidstrong! Might be an operator error but I have a hard time signing up for makeup classes, but I just call and it’s easy to get in that way. Perhaps a way to book online??
