Very positive message while having fun

Personally I think its a good program. The instruction video that I saw the kids watching specifically the "box jump" only shows them how to jump on and it restarts. It could also show how you want them to jump down then restart. I think that would make it easier on coaches since the kids pay attention to the screen as well. It might only be in my case since my child speak very little English but it wouldn't hurt. I did now pay attention to other videos.

My daughter loved it beyond our expectations. I loved a lot of the details like affirmations, ordering food, having one kid be a captain, and the awards. I thought 45 minutes might be hard for her at this age, but it was engaging enough to keep her completely invested the entire time.
