We appreciate the coaches (shoutout to coach Diaz), we have seen improvements in our sons abilities, and we are starting to form a little community

My son loves this program and he looks forward to coming every week. He’s grown in confidence and in skill since he’s started.

The staff is very friendly, great with kids & the workouts are fun while getting fit! The app needs to be more friendlier.

I really love most of the coaches they add so nice and kind. They try so hard to make the kids be successful and try every activity. (Although I did notice that a kid asked for a stamp on her feet the lady coach with the baby in the back said “no” I was a bit taken off by it. It’s a simple stamp and they are kids. I think she should’ve asked the parent first if she wasn’t comfortable on doing it) but overall KidStrong is an amazing place.

It is overall helpful for children’s development in a physical sense as well as a psychological sense. My daughter started to incorporating the slogans into her daily life when she faced challenges and it contributes to boosting her self confidence.

Friendly and encouraging team/staff

The interaction from the Coaches with the kids was very motivating.

We've been attending classes since the beginning and my son has really enjoyed it and learned so much and is much more social now. Coach Diaz has been our favorite and he really does great with all the kids. It doesn't matter if there 4 or 14 kids in the class they all get attention and help when needed.

Kid strong has been great for Jackson. But I feel sometimes he don't get the coaching he needs because of kids not paying attention and running around.

It’s fun everyone so friendly I can tell it will get my son where he needs to be.
