In my case, I highly recommend KidStrong. I’ve watched my son grow so much—from being shy and not saying his name during introductions, to now proudly saying his name, giving high fives, and even shaking the coach’s hand. For me, it’s been about building his confidence and strength so he won’t be so shy. KidStrong has really helped with that, and every day he’s getting better. I feel so proud when I hear him using his strong voice to speak up.

It’s been great for my Grandson. Love the different approaches and how learning and strength is also involved. He looks forward to going each week!!

Every coach is amazing including coach Andrew but I must give special credit to Coach Diaz who has been there consistently since day one, very patient, professional and a very positive young male role model in my 5 year old sons life. Coach Diaz has great attention to detail with all the children modeling great sportsmanship. He is an asset to your organization as well as to my sons & all of the kids lives that are trained by him. All your staff seem very positive and helpful and kind. Keep up the good work keeping your staff happy, it shows!

They have been great at communicating and answering any questions that I have. I was very hesitant with Kobe joining anything because of him not being around other kids and afraid that he would be mean to others. I love that KidStrong teaches structure and multiple other skills.
