The KidStrong coaches (Coach Mike!!) has been great in getting my kiddo to push herself to try harder, not just in the gym, but in school as well, and it has done wonders for her self confidence!

The culture, the coaches, and the facility are simply amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable about the curriculum, the exercises and most importantly have great communication with the kids and parents.
