The programming was very well done and the staff seemed very engaged and attentive. Quality age appropriate activities. We have high standards for these programs and KidStrong really seemed very intentional and staff had good training.

I really loved how the coaches were so engaged with the kids. On the first day, when they noticed my son was struggling, one of the coaches immediately stepped in to guide him through the activity and stayed with him every step of the way.

I liked that you give time for the toddlers to still be toddlers, but add instruction. Which can be challenging at this age, but is good to add to routine. I like the transition from play to sit to listen. I appreciate the assistance.

My son really enjoyed the class. He was all in from the beginning and is now wanting to enroll and attend weekly.

Kidstrong has helped Noah come out of his shell. He’s become more independent and likes to do things with other kids.

My kids love KidStrong and I love the intentional programming behind each and every class. The owners have obviously poured their hearts into KidStrong and they are there doing any and every job that is possible - truly leading their staff by example. The facility is so nice and the staff does a great job of keeping everything in wonderful condition to ensure things will stay pristine as the gym grows and ages. I couldn’t recommend KidStrong enough; it is a great program and activity for my three kids!

Kidstrong Atascocita is Amazing, I went with my 9 year old , which is in the spectrum. The coaches, staff,parents and kids were very sweet and welcoming! The manager was really sweet and kind. The coaches are amazing and the classes super fun I even wanted to get in the class and participate. I would 110% recommend kidstrong! My daughter and I can’t wait to be back !
